It is a collection agency. I started getting phone calls at least twice a day for the last 3 weeks and they never left a message. I answered and they wanted confirmation it was me. They wanted to collect on a disputed old bill that I settled about a year ago. I told them it was settled but they wanted proof and are trying to resettle again.

When you answer you hear a voice message "if you're _______ press 1 to confirm address. It also said to call Julie or Judy.

This has the feel of a collection agency. But when you dial the number, someone will answer live. The woman answered "how may I help you" and didn't use the company's name to answer. This was odd.
