Spoke with my 10-year old son, kept phishing for information about me. Good thing my son did not entertain much. Is this company legit or involved in some scam? I wish to be informed.

They are ENTERPRISE RECOVERY SYSTEMS,
Collection agency for school loans, they are rude and do whatever it takes to get their money
If you owe money on a school loan that is the reason they are calling you. Don't ever give them any personal information, including your full name, address, or checking accounts.
Ignore them if you don't owe money, or just write them a dispute debt or debt validation letter, you can find samples online, have it mail certified and by law they have to stop or you can sue them.
