I just got a call and they said hello then started laughing. Sounded like there were other people or a tv on in the background. I think they put me on mute then said nothing else. I hung up after.

This number calls me constantly but almost never leaves a voice mail. They may have left a message less than 3 times, and the beginning is always cut off (probably on purpose) and just gives a number to call (the same number as on caller ID). Why would I call you back if I do not know who you are or why I am calling you? And why would I amswer a call from a caller not in my address book? Either leave me a complete message or send me some snail mail, or you will never talk to me.
