I have been receiving phone calls from out of state for months now, so I have started answering and requesting to be removed from their list. This number calls me the man had a heavy accent and it was hard to understand what he said. He asked how I was doing, I said fine please remove me from your list. He stated that I didn't know what he was even calling about, and what list?. I replied that I was not interested in anything he had to offer, and please remove me from your calling list. He replied what list, I asked do you have a calling list, he responded "No". I asked how did you get my number then, he stated "You gave it to me" I asked how could I give you my phone number when I don't even know you, and he hung up on me.

We've been receiving calls from this number for over a year. They ask for either Joe Brad or Clare Brad. We politely tell them we have had this number for over a year and we do not know either of them. They sometimes say they will remove us from their list. Sometimes they just laugh. Then they call again in about a week. Same thing. Same people a man (sounds American) or a female (sounds foreign with an accent). I've read the other reports. Seems like they might be invalids or something that only have the use of their fingers and voice dialing people to occupy their time.
