I have been received numerous phone calls from Officer Dave Matthews threatening me that they need the name of my attorney for a legal judgment against me. It was in regards for non-payment of a pay advance I did from some company I never heard off. He had broken English and I knew this was a scam/fraud. He threatened to arrest me if I didn't cooperate and I would be going to court. I had a similar call from Morgan and Associates with the same MO. I reported this company to FTC, BBB, Attorney General, Rip-Off Reports. I have put a fraud alert on my credit report as well.
