Received call...did not answer because I didn't recognize the number. This was one in million that actually left a voice mail. It was a robotic voice claiming I had serious legal issues and if I didn't call them back they would issue a warrant for my arrest. Area code 646 is New York...never been there. The area code on my cell is 602, but I live in a totally different state. Definitely a SCAM...DO NOT ANSWER.
