The caller ID said this call was from New York, New York. It was an automated message offering pain relief cream. I hung up after it asked for address validation.

Again on 27 April 2015 Called 11:38am. Caller ID says NY, NY from 646-652-6969, and the Robo call starts off with a male voice saying "Due to new healthcare legislation, you qualify for a non narcotic pain relief cream medication at no cost to you...."
This number saying that they were calling from American Chronic Pain Association. There was no option to press a number to be removed from their list.
