Claimed that he was calling from the Criminal Division of the IRS. Asked if I had a criminal lawyer and if the sheriff had already delivered the "summons." Said I had been charged with tax fraud totaling $3,400 between 2008 and 2013, that the charges were criminal because I had knowingly made false statements. that 18,000 people had been investigated and charged, that a summons had been issued for my arrest and that I would be arrested by the local constable and put in jail until Monday, that my Soc Sec # would be blacklisted and I would not receive any Federal benefits, that my bank account would be frozen and my house and car attached, and so on. I told him I didn't believe he was who he said he was an hung up.
