I received 2 voicemails from this " law firm" saying that a lawsuit has been filed agaist me. I then returned the call to 646-727-7153 to verify what was going on. First of all, I could not understand anything that was being said because of the persons heavy accent. He then transferred me to a supervisor name "Don Parker", whose accent was even worse. Don Parker preceeded to tell me that I was being sued for an unpaid payday loan and began to spew legal terms to sound more convincing. When I told him that I could not understand him and requested documentation be mailed to me for review, he said that he would instead mail then to my job to let them aware of the situation. He even threatened to have me arreseted. The funny thing is that he placed me on hold, then came back on the line and said that the attorneys agreed that I should have to fight this in court and not settle with the company...are you serious? They would not give me any information on this so called debt. I hung up the phone and googled the company. I confirmed my suspicions....that this legal firm is a SCAM!! Andif they continue to call me phone, they will be the ones facing a lawsuit.

I GOT A CALL FROM A GUY THAT SPOKE LIKE NO ENGLISH SAYING I WAS GOING TO HAVE LEGAL ACTION AGAIST ME BUT WOULD NOT TELL ME WHY OR WHAT FOR. I HUNG UP ON HIM HE CALL ME BACK 5 TIME AND THEN CALLED MY WORK 5 TIME TREATING ME AND MY FAMILY AND TOLD MY JOB THAT I WAS GOING TO JAIL. THE WHOLE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM IN BANKRUPCY AT THIS TIME SO THERE IS NO WAY I OWE ANYTHING THAT IS NOT IN MY BANKRUPCY AND WHEN I TELL THE GUY I WILL GIVE HIM MY ATTORNEYS INFO AND HE SAID "I DONT WANT THAT S**T IF YOU WANT ME TO TALK TO YOUR ATTORNEY THEN HAVE THAT F***ER CALL ME" I WAS SO PISSED OFF AND WILL BE FILING MY OWN LAW SUIT OF ON THEM IF THEY DONT LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS!!!!
