calls me and when i hang up cause i didn't want to hear it anymore they call back and my wife picks up and tells the guy not to call back. he then calls back cursing me and her out and when i asked to speak to his suppervisor he then starts to threaten me by using my ssn to mess up my credit

Caller who is obviously Indian (gave a common American name though) said I owe their firm $700 from a couple of years ago. Did not give specific details. I'm guessing this is a hideous scam. I don't owe anybody anything as far as I know.

These people keep calling and calling, I have asked them to stop calling each time they stay on the line long enough for me to ask them to stop calling. They say they are from USA Finance and I have been approved for a loan for 20,000 to 30,000. They gave me a call back number of 212-981-4020 which appears to be a cell phone.
