VM left with sounds of mindless call center chatter--unclear what the dopes are selling.

Called several times, never left a message. When one day I picked up the phone, the first person barely spoke English and I could hear other voices in the background. Another person, with a British accent took over the call and tried to sell me on a free estimate for contractor work. Declined it...and they called the next day again! Comes up as Stentor Inc on caller ID, but when I tried to test the number by calling got a message that the number on ID-650-228-5556-- is not in service. But Stentor Inc is in company in healthcare IT, not a contractor, and their phone is 650-228-5555 so this looks like a scam more than a telemarketer.
