This is a complete scam. They tell you your computer is infected and that they are going to stop your connection to the internet unless you allow them to log into your computer. They say they are microsoft support. When i said i am contacting my tech department they said do what what you want but your computer will not be able to access the internet until they fix it. I said i was going to contact the company attorney and he said he is a technical support person and this is how it works. Sure buddy
