This ass hat has called 4 times now. all calls I let it go to VM.. I want to answer next time reach into the phone and sock him in the nose.. annoying as all get out... Anyway same thing legal action blah blah blah.. arrest show up in front of a judge... if a judge wants me he'll send guys in black suits to get me... do not give this scum the time of day...

Guy with an Indian accent, claiming to be Dean (or Steve, wasn't sure which he said) Martin left a message that this is the second time they've called...blah blah blah...legal action...magistrate or grand jury...federal criminal offense...blah blah blah. Message basically ends with a "help us help you" line.
The number they called from was 650-739-8031.
Received calls on this scam multiple times now. It's getting really irritating.

This caller had an Indian accent (from India). He said there was legal action against me and that this was the second attempt to call me. I got two nearly identical messages--almost a recording. Something about the department of Treasury and a Grand Jury.

Received 2 calls today from this number from Palo Alto, CA. Didn't answer, went to voicemail. Foreign accent, gives name but I can't understand it. He says something about avoiding an initial appearance before a magistrate judge for a criminal offense, blah, blah, blah, and allow him help us. Riiiiight. I've heard about this type of scam going around, only it was via email and not phone call.
