Rings once then hangs up. You call back and a recording says you have won a $100 gift card because you visited one of their supported vendors.
Someone answers, sounds like they are outside in a busy park/play ground
They want some information from you then want your Credit Card to cover a nominal shipping fee..

PHISHING to get your card information and rip you off... really they are nice enough to send you several hundred dollars in gift cards but not pay less then $1 in shipping???
