PROBABLY A SCAMMER, still scratching my head. Caller had the name of someone who lives in my house and claimed he was from technical support from this company. Looks like there may be legit companies with this name so I thought it possible at first that a household member might have made a legitimate inquiry about a hardware or software issue to which he might be responding. I wasted 5 minutes on the phone trying to figure out the purpose of his call due to his extremely poor English. He wanted me to turn on my computer & wouldn't give me any sort of satisfactory answer when I asked why. Then asked for his phone # so I could call him back and he gave me something starting with a country code but wouldn't say what country he was from. Very suspicious.
