Have been called on both our house phone and my husband has received calls on his cell phone from a man who today, called himself, "Billy JO or Billy Bob" He is so very rude, said terrible things to to me but no profanity used. He is such a jerk and one of the worst people I have ever dealt with.He lies when I question him and I tried so many times to get the name of the company. He is always harassing us and we have told him over and over again to put us on the companies DO NOT CALL LIST!!! Therefore he is breaking the law!! This statement is directly from the Do Not Call Registry website:
If a consumer asks a company not to call, the company may not call, even if there is an established business relationship. Indeed, a company may not call a consumer - regardless of whether the consumer's number is on the registry - if the consumer has asked to be put on the company's own do not call list.
