This person sent me a text message in response to a 'too good to be true' housing rental.
I responded that I did an internet search on the phone number and found it to be fraudulent and I have heard nothing back.
So beware, it sounds like they are scammers looking for personal information. Very lazy scammers that do not send personalized emails or responses to their rental listings.
Text read word for word and grammar included- "Hello, So good to hear from you, like i told you before i was living there with my family and our puppy but presently my family and I are here in Atlanta GA, we never had it in mind that we would give our home for rent we just went for a transfer and we will be back in 4yrs. We have the document and keys of the our house here so you are free to drive by to view the outside of the house, i will not allow you to touch any thing there for now just drive by"
