Message on a cell phone got for grandma. Arbitration department and the phone#. Saying that they were the arbitration department over a felony check fraud. Asking me to return the call or have my attorneys return the call. Wound up my 90 year old Grandma- elder abuse- Go ahead, call me back. Called it at home. Rang 8 times. The message on their machine was made over a cell phone. I do not use checks, never have. Interesting note, 3 days previously my debit card and 2 Capital One cards were hijacked. $7000 + attempted to be passed. Coincidence? Doubt it.

Called and left a message for a return call from either myself or my attorney involving a check fraud felony. However they never identified who they were looking for, they never stated their name or the name of the company they were representing. They also didn't leave any identifying information such as a case number, contact person or which state the charges were pending for. This is a scam and anyone who gets a call should probably just report the number to the FTC
