they are calling my family and friends and telling them that they need my phone number due to check fraud and that they would be supened to testify against me. I am sorry but if it was check fraud my address and phone number is on my checks.

They said they where calling regarding check fraud and that I should return their call immediately. I know a scam when I hear one!

They first called my sister stating that I was under investigation for check fraud and named as the defendant...and wanted all my info..she was like nope! by the way..they gave all my personal info to my sister..thats was a no-no if you are a legal company and know the law you are not supposed to dot that. ITs called ocnfidentiality. When i called them back they didnt even answer the phone. Im placing a complaint with Consumer Affairs against them for illegal practices and harrassment.

These people keep calling me threating to take me to court. When I return there calls they don't answer the phones like an attorneys office would. I have called law offices and debt collectors before and they are always very clear who they are and who they are working for if they are a real company.

A guy named Mr. Doyle called for you saying its about a fraud case. He left a message to call him at 678-809-2209 ext. 5977. He said its a reference to analysis of a fraud case. He said that if you don't call back to get it straightened out, then it will go to the county. If you try to call the number back, no one answers.
