"Howard" called on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 8:50 am to tell me, "Congratulations, your loan has been approved..."

I hung up.

We pay all our bills. We don't have loans.

We get between 1-5 unwanted, unsolicited, harassing phone calls almost every day.

Our number is not listed, unlisted and on the NO CALL list.

Apparently, nothing keeps these creeps from making these phone calls.
