I'm in Virginia. Didn't answer call; they left no message. Avalanche of negative reports on other sites (e.g., see "shouldianswer.com"). I've been getting barraged over the past 2 weeks with suspicious callers, typically 8 per day, and I'm on the DNC registry (for whatever good THAT does!). I've suspected robocalls since I never give out my mobile (cell) number to anyone other than close colleagues.
