This is a SCAM.
They claim on their answering machine that they are a "Division of the Federal Government Tax Force" - which only PROVES they are liars and scammers.
They want you to send them money by Western Union or Green Dot card or they claim they will serve you with "papers" at work, etc, for fraud.
Payday lending scammers.
