The call comes in, Hello this is Kathy from the carpet cleaning company as a previous customer we are calling you............ If you press the number to talk with someone it only goes to a recording to leave a message. If you call the number and press "0" the recording comes up for an insurance company.

This group calls many, many times. You can never reach a person to opt out.

Skeptical that it is not a legitimate company.
