They start the pre-collection and collections. However, they are very unprofessional and rude. No one should ever give out sensitive information to an unknown number. Verizon Wireless had a duty and an obligation to their customers to inform them that a call from Valentine & Kebartas does indeed represent Verizon and that said company will now be handling the final phase of this debt..
