SCAM
Said they were calling about pain management in regards to a letter they sent last week. I asked for more information, what letter, and what this call was about. I could hear the other person on the line, but no response. Eventually hung up.
The last piece of information on the caller ID included L7 SVC Call, which supposedly is the carriers information and level according to another search on the internet.

Called me 5 times today. I answered once; it was an automated recording for a security system "promotion."

They called, but left no message. I called back after hours to see what business or organization it was. Their answering machine just said, "if you do not wish to receive calls about our offers, press 1..." There was no information about who they are.
