This number is notorious for calling and saying nothing, hanging up, or not answering when you return the call (which is what happened in my case).

The number is leased out by Level 3 Communications - http://www.level3.com/

I reported the number to their fraud department. You can do the same if you receive a call from this number or any leased out by LEvel 3 by calling 877-253-8353
