He said that he needed to speak with me about a legal matter that needed to be addressed. He was persistent and harassing whenever I asked to clarify anything. One of the things that he asked was if I had a bank account number ended in the last 4 digits he quoted. I had closed that account earlier because someone took money out of that account by fraud.
