Received call stating that this was Special Investigator Robert Cuz From the Legal Processing Division and he was issuing legal documents with the state of Arizona regarding a debt. I explained to him he was in violation of Federal Bankruptcy and State law to be contacting me and he began to become upset and condescending, using racial slurs such as cracke and called me a piece of s@#t. So I explained to him that I was recording conversation so he hung up on me. Will be investigating him and reporting to the FTC.

he called my mother in law house and left a threating message for me on her answering service we couldn't really understand him he said something to the nature that he was a case against me he didn't say it was he threating me with jail time i got 48hrs to settle the matter
