When answer no response. Tried calling back and had a verizon message asking for a 10 digit code. This phone is no on Verizon network

The phone number *IS* from Verizon Financial Services. You can call 611 from your verizon phone to verify the number was actually from an actual Verizon customer services representative. They were able to verify this number called me today twice to get me to make a payment on a past due account. Again, this number is a real Financial Services Verizon phone number.
