Got the same call saying it was "Internal Revenue Services" and I needed to return call immediately because legal action was being pursued against me.

Robo call. Said they were the IRS and that they were taking me to court. But, I don't owe any money and the IRS has not contacted me by regular mail. They told me to call a number (not this one), which I did not write down. Sounds like a scam. --Judy
