I got the same call today 11/18, with the same wording exactly. Definitely a fake. IRS always contacts by mail with very specific response contact information - never via a generic robo-call like this, or any call for that matter. Complete scam/phishing attempt. I deleted it then blocked the number without a second thought.

The number on my caller ID was from Russia: 7 (138)205-27-8. Said IRS was suing me and to call 713-820-5278. It was a Robo call. It's got to be a scam.

This is a phishing scam. The IRS does not contact people with robocalls. It definitely would not call itself "Internal Revenue Services" - the name of the agency is "Internal Revenue Service." Singular. If the IRS is taking or contemplating action against you, you will be contacted via mail and be given a government office to contact. The vast majority of IRS tax debts are settled without ever seeing the inside of a courtroom. Report these bozos to tigta.gov (the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration).

A hardboiled woman's voice says I am being sued. But as a courtesy I'm receiving this call and should call this number right away. She says she IS the IRS. I would think such bullying and lying is illegal.
