John Houston is a locator for Accurate and calls family, employers, coworkers claiming to be wanting re: filing a claim against me and gives a claim #. When calling HR dept. at work, he wants to know protocol of the firm on how to go about filing such claim. Then he says I am duly notified or some crap like that. So he calls from 713-936-2599 and 832-900-4782 and the number for Accurate is 855-680-2883. Accurate claims to be a Pre Litigation Processing service and they are about to file charges against me for Fraud for an unpaid payday loan. They will not give their address and wants me to give them a PHYSICAL address so they can HAND DELIVER copies of the documents they are supposedly filing. I called the FBI today and they said it is a SCAM and to never give them any bank, address, or personal information and file with FTC online. Nothing can do to stop the calls though. They use VOIP phone lines so they are untraceable. SCAM!!
