Just got another call from Secure ID - 713-997-8267. They have been calling me 2-3 times a day. I just got the 2nd call for today. Every time, everyday, when I answer the phone, they hang up on me. This is telephone harassment. I am on state and federal Do Not Call List. Filing complaint with state, FCC and FTC.

This is a BOT using Voip or Voice over the internet.. I am not sure who it is but Voip's can change numbers to suite them and have hundreds of numbers
the computer company can ID in CW anywhere that CW is permitted using each call times for 10 minutes.. I would say likely the possibility if you answered it would connect with a human,, means the human is sending out several calls to many people at a time and awaiting for one to answer... One of those online collector jobs.
