No Bueno! We contracted with this company to do simple repairs on our beloved home prior to selling in late 2015. His crews appeared to be day laborer pick up types and in fact, we recognized one worker oft loitering around Magnolia / Bushard HB CA HD for CASH pay work. Anyways, the work didn't complete satisfactorily nor timely and he, the contractor owner, was never onsite to manage his itinerant cash crews. We lost a top price buyer due to their failure to complete simple repairs per escrow stipulations. Ultimately, we were forced to accept a below market price buyer so we could proceed with our plans to move to OREGON. Our message to all future clients / victims: Don't hire this idiot, he'll screw you over same as us!
