An unwanted call from this Cypress VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Posters report the caller is a scam solar energy contractor, of whom there are many. Whether it's solar energy, air duct cleaning, home improvements, credit cards, vacation giveaways, computer repairs, or the IRS, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!
