This is a robo caller that tries to obtain information from unsuspecting people. I was contacted this morning indicating they were the IRS and when I called back and queried with hard line questions the call was dropped. Later in the day the same number called and posed as a debt collector and left a voicemail. I looked up this number 716-235-5530 and confirmed it is a fraudulent spoof number.
