I received a phone call today from the man above. He said that they have been trying to serve me with legal papers and there is a warrant for my arrest. WHAT! He told me that he was a case investigator assigned by the prosecution. I asked him why he was calling if he could not provide me with any information. He said as a courtesy. He gave me a phone number if I have questions but it does not work. Also, realized that he left me a message yesterday for a different number for me to call which also does not work. He said it was about bad checks in Lake county and that he was coming to my work. Please help me figure out what is going on.
