Left message on my phone for an individual who does not live here, telling me to have her, or her legal counsel call him. By requesting a call from legal counsel, seems pretty obvious that it was a debt collector, however it is my understanding that debt collectors are prohibited from providing such information to 3rd party individuals.
I know who the individual is, however, that person has had the same phone number for over 20 years, and still does, so it seems pretty obvious this call was an attempt to harass/intimidate her through me. As such, I am reporting the call to the attorney general instead of het.
