These guys are trying to collect a debt I know I don't owe. Told them I want a letter of verification and told me they won't send it unless I agree to a payment plan. Checked up on em BBB has no clue who they are, and the city of Buffalo has no record of them having a Debt collectors license. Called the FBI FTC and consumer protection bureau. Lawyer too.

Debt collector making false threats to file a lawsuit. I have no debts, so they are tracking someone else. I happen to be an attorney. Do not put up with this crap from anybody. These kinds of threats are illegal. Get an attorney.

This Allen, if that is this persons name keeps leaving a threatniing collections call from # 716-543-7096. Leaves no company name, why he is calling, some so called case# 228193 tyhen gives a name only. All on a recorded message. When doing a return call, you get a message to leave a name and phone #.
