Grant Edwards is a jerk who deserves to be slapped for his on-phone arrogance, abusiveness and rudeness. And that's not to mention his unresponsive and uncooperative demeanor to the business at hand. I tried to tell him that the person he was trying to contact has never been associated with my phone number. He would not believe me, refused to take my phone number off his list, and even went so far as to say, "Let's see how [name of person he was trying to contact] likes it when I continue to have this phone number dialed at 8:00 AM on Saturday mornings."
