Go to fcc.gov and fill out a complaint form. It only takes about 5 minutes. Just note exact time and date call was received. Eventually the individual/company will be fined. You can also *57 after receiving the call, your phone company will trace it then you can contact your ph. company annoyance call dept. to file a complaint.
