Unknown caller.... called left no message... this number looks suspicious...
The area code is local (Central PA) and the prefix was originally assigned to a local boro,
but those four zeros are not normal anywhere I know of in the US.
I suspect the number is being spoofed to hide the true identity and geographic location of the caller, perhaps by a scam artist or some unscrupuless telemarketer with some reason to hide.
