I'm a retired PI, Had my run in with this a**... So I no longer have acess to NCIC. but someone with more $ than me please do a search on this guy.Here's what I found out: Joseph J.(P?) Rothermel age 47, Wife Nancy E. Byers Rothermel, Kids Sarah E & Samuel M Rothermel, Address 107 Kokmo Ave Hummelstown Pa 17036. However also got a Temple Pa address which is previous or current? Home# 717-566-4496... This address is about 5.1miles & 11 min from the collection agency so I'm certain it's the same person but may be wrong but am 98% sure, this is all public info so it's legal to list... HAVE FUN EVERYONE! Your Welcome! I told them to stop calling me & got 8 more calls, everytime I told him to stop, n since he did not seem to understand maybe this will be a WAKE UP Call for him lol
