Riachard identified himself as employee #0414 from "Energy Company", letting us know that it was a cortesy notificacion that in few minutes a tech will show up to cut our services for overdue balance, and in order to avoid this we need to make a CASH payment on CVS pharmacy, and they ask for the cell phone number of the person who will make the payment. They couldn't provide me Acct #, so I call my service company and of course it was a scam, I share this information for people to be aware.
