My husband answered the phone and when the person identified himself as calling about Medicare, he hung up. I checked the number and immediately added it to my no call list.

They called my 86 yr old mother in a nursing home. First time she answered and told them she was not interested in their product. I checked her caller id today and they called her 14 times again. EVERY 4 MINUTES. She did not answer. I called their number this number and selected 1 - for her not to receive their calls anymore.
TELEMARKETING SHOULD BE BANNED. I'll call you if I want to buy from you. 14 times REALLY. An 86 yr old woman - should be considered elderly abuse

Totally ILLEGAL Pre-recorded and FALSE message about "the back brace you called about". Nope. Never Happened. Wouldn't buy ANYTHING form ANYONE in The Bronx. STRONGLY believe CORPORATE AMERICA is behind these calls since 98% of them come in on the landline that is tied to Corporate accounts such as our PHONE and CABLE services. Cable TV (TIME WARNER CABLE) commercials all the time for these types of SCAMS including this one (a MEDICARE SCAM), 'solar', switching your electricity provider, Class Action Lawsuits and Lowering bills/interest rates, etc. Within a DAY OR TWO of these TIME WARNER CABLE commericals running, we get a call MATCHING that SCAM. This is the way the Ultra-Filthy RICH are slowing ROBBING us and our government BLIND.
