Caller claims to be with a process server company trying to scam people into paying money over the phone.
Process Servers do not operate via phone.
And it is not a criminal proceeding for her to state that she will be at my home to arrest me.
Process Servers are used in civil litigation cases.

Caller called stating I had to 3:00 PM to respond to call or turn myself in, if not a warrant release would be sent to my county. Stated that she and an officer will be at my resident or place of employment with a warrant for my arrest on felony charges. "Really" I would like to know what the felony charges are, since I've never received a court date or conviction of any kind. Since when are collectors allowed to leave legal messages on your voice recording.
