Rude, aggressive, fast talking, said they can't tell me who they are or give me personal information before verifying who I am by giving me someone's personal information.They said they were calling on a personal business matter. One or the other, people, pick one! They then rattled off someone's name, address, and last for digits of social asking me a simple yes or no to verify the info they already gave out. Which anyone could do about anyone else. How does that prove, in any way, the person who is it is supposed to be, when all they have to do is say yes or no, and the casket has already provided them with someone's name, location, and last four of social, which is all most places need from someone to give out all kinds of account information!!
