The owner operator will not honor his warranty and work. He installed a new housing for our spa recirculation pump that leaked the day after he made the repair. He refused to answer my calls and e-mails for warranty repair. Finally he answered a call from my colleague. We were forced to ‘jury-rig’ a temporary solution to slow down the massive leak. Weeks later he finally came to perform the repair. He arrived and immediately tried to blame the problem on us! He held us hostage to pay for the repair. We had little choice but to pay him. He tried to repair it but it immediately leaked again! I advised him before he left and he clearly saw the leak. He left us with no promise of a return and will not return our calls. The pump continues to leak to this day.
