robo call about my credit card rate...I'm on the do not call registry with my cell also...and they obviously do not know me, I DON'T pay high cc rates.....wasting time on MY cell phone dimes....I hung up, if its on my home phone I start punching random numbers and stay on the line till they cut me off, just to waste their time.
