When returning the call I get one of two errors "the Verizon wireless customer you are trying to call is unavailable at this time" or "no routes found". Received two calls back-to-back less than 5 minutes earlier. They hung up I the first time upon reaching my voicemail and called back. I was sleeping and sent them to voicemail by the second ring the second time where they didn't leave a message but hung up late enough to just leave a half second one of silence.
